We like to watch "America's Test Kitchen" on PBS. A few weeks ago they aired an episode describing pizza bianca. Now, we like pizza in our house. The recipe seemed simple enough, and I found some fresh mozzarella at Aldi, so I tried it.In order to use the recipes from America's Test Kitchen, you have to pay the subscription fee, so I did a google search rather than pay the fee. I found a very similar recipe on Serious Eats.
I used marinara sauce with fresh oregano and basil, a few pepperoni, and fresh mozzarella. We garnished with more oregano and basil from the garden. Yum!
